Map Presentation

Stranded is a nomad-style hybrid map that combines both land and water combat. Battles will often take place on both fronts simultaneously, so strong multitasking is essential. Each game can unfold differently depending on whether players prioritize water or land control.

A solid build order is crucial, making this map an excellent choice for practicing the early game while sharpening your multitasking and decision-making skills.

• Review the Nomad Guide for early-game build orders
• Transport immediately and place your Town Center on the first woodline you find
• Check the Hybrid Maps Guide to better understand map dynamics
• Practice your Dark Age efficiency and follow a consistent build order
• Avoid getting housed early, as your production rate will be high
• Never idle your Town Center
• Train many fishing ships, they are the backbone of your economy
• Position your lumber camp carefully, since wood is your most important resource
• Build a defensive tower in Feudal Age if needed; dying with 200 stone unused is a waste
• Keep producing military units, the strong fish economy allows you to snowball early
• After clicking up to Feudal Age, shift some villagers from food to wood. More wood means more buildings and more fishing ships
• Always spend your wood
