Map Presentation 

Land Nomad is a “land nomad”-style map with ponds full of shore fish spread across the map.
Players must build their Town Center at the start of the game. 

This map is great if you enjoy slow games and want to avoid playing the same build order every time.

 

General Tips

    • Build your Town Center as fast as possible between all your villagers (use the minimap to locate them and use the “idle villager hotkey”)

    • Place a house right away after building your Town Center.

    • Take advantage of the free food around the map, boars and deers should be your top priority.

    • Use herdables and even send a villager if needed to help explore the map.

    • Mobile units are very strong since you’re often far from your opponent, camels, cav archers and unique units can be especially effective.

    • Keep checking your resources often so you can adjust your economy quickly.

    • Scouts can be a strong choice, they help you explore and take control of more free food.

    • Don’t be scared to make a tower in the feudal age if opponent rushes, don’t die with stone in the bank!

    • The map is very wallable, so adding economy is usually a good choice

    • Don’t forget about your 2 buildings to click up to the next stage

Don’t be afraid to start making farms slowly to keep your food economy strong.
